Help with Meals

As Trish will be going home later this week, her mother-in-law, Pam Stressman is organizing people who wish to help by providing meals for Trish, Scott & the boys.

If you are interested, please send an email to Pam at pstressman@cox.net to let her know. She will work with you on the details.

Once again, thanks to everyone for the terrific support you have given Trish during this very difficult time.

Hi Trish
I'm very happy to hear that you're going home soon. You're probably looking forward to the independence and the comforts of home. I've been going to physical therapy for my back for the last 2 weeks and I don't know how you do it! My therapy is nothing compared to yours and even I get frustrated. I think of you and you inspire me to keep going. I hope I can do the same for you some day. Keep rockin' and rollin' and hang in there. I wish you all the best. Hope to talk to you soon.

Love,
Dave

Trish,

I am so happy for you that you are going home later this week. You must be so happy and nervous at the same time. I hope to come see you (along with everyone else!) and to help you out. Meals, cleaning, laundry, playdays with the boys - we want to help. I can't wait to see you and give you a hug and to see your smile!

See you soon,
Laura Pellegrini

Hi Trish,
I am a friend of Laura's (Pellegrini) and heard of your accident. I must share with you that even though we've never met, you have been in my thoughts and prayers. You injury hits close to home as My aunt was recently injured and is now a quadripeligic (She slipped in the shower of all things and sustained a C4/C5 injury). Our family has gone through the similiar adjustments your facing and I know it is monumental. Stay positive and strong-You will lead a full and productive life and I am so happy to hear how quickly you are making these adaptions. You look so strong and are so beautiful-Keep up all your hard work! My prayers are with you. God Bless-Hallie Brown

How wonderful that you will be going home later this week! You, Scott and your boys must be so excited!! I am sure you will progress even more when you are in the comfort of your beautiful home. I admire all you have done to get through this time. You have no idea how you have inspired others to keep going and believe in themselves when things get tough. Cannot wait to see you!

Hey Trish!
So glad to hear that you will be going home soon. Maybe we will be able to see you more when you are at home. I know the hospital and therapy sessions have made it difficult to visit, but we know those took priority and all of your hard work and determination have made it possible for you to be able to go home sooner.
Hang in there! See you soon!
Love ya,
Shellye

Trish,
You have had a lot of triumphs and trials since I have last checked this ultra cool blog. You do more in one day then I do in a week! I think I have it rough just getting my kids to swim lessons. :)
I hope that you take each hurdle with a grain of salt and know that you can conquer all things with faith and hard work. Rejoice in your victories, you certainly can be proud of yourself.
Much love,
Suzy Horvath

Hi Trish,

I talked with Sandi K. this morning and she said she was sore from the exercises you made her do with you yesterday--she must have needed them!! Sandi also mentioned you are keeping everyone's spirits up with your infectious smile. So glad to hear you'll be going home soon.
Have a great Friday and weekend.

Fondly, Susan
