With the addition of a slighly modified Honda Odessy, Trish is now free to drive again. She drives great with her hand controls. We very much appreciate all the wonderful support Trish & Scott have received over the past 10 months. Her recovery would have been far more difficult without all your help.
Thank you.

Hey Trish, I'm so excited that you get to drive now. I'm sure this will be a tremendous help to you and especially knowing that you do not have to depend on anyone else to drive you places.
I was upset when Karl told me he had lunch with you and Scott (just kidding). It's just that I would love to see you both. Hopefully you are going to be able to come to the NFR this year. My husband is going to bar tend a few nights again this year and he would love to meet you both. He has heard me talk about the family a lot.
Hope you have a great summer watching your boys with their sports. If there is ever anything I can do to help either of you out, you know I'm just a phone call away.
Love ya, Pam

Trish,
You may not believe this, but I have been going through my photos, letters, etc., from my 28 years of teaching in Gilbert. I came across a letter you wrote me when you were student teaching in 5th grade. So...I got to thinking about you, and did a google search on your dad (who was assistant superintendent when I was a "young" teacher in Gilbert), and I came upon this blog.
I am so sorry for what you have been through in the last year, and so proud of you and your husband, and kids. I'm glad I found out about you, but again, sorry for the journey you've taken.
You are still as cute as I remember, and your smile is the same.
I retired from teaching in 2007, and am enjoying my 3 grandchildren so much.
I hope you will remember me. Your first grade teacher at Greenfield Elementary,
Mrs. Theresa Hylton (Matthews)
