Yesterday, Trish was able to get out of the hospital for a few hours and visit her home. Scott took responsibility to help her transfer from her chair into her car for the trip to Queen Creek.
Once at home, Trish enjoyed a visit with Scott, Parker & Hunter, the two dogs and the cat. She said it sure felt good to be in their wonderful new home again.
After some games, some swimming (Parker & Hunter), a BBQ in the back yard courtesy of chef Scott, they headed back to the hospital late in the evening.
Now that Trish no longer has to wear the neck brace, she is looking forward to a very productive week of PT & OT sessions.

Hi Trish, A trip home--how wonderful for you and the family. Laura & her family had Carl and I over for a chicken cookout dinner on Sat. for an early fathers day celebration. Then today Karen, Sheryl, & Mark and families came over, brought all the food and drinks and we celebrated again. Aren't families the very best! Take care dear Love Aunt Joy & Uncle Carl
