Nice Weekend

Trish and Scott spent a nice, but busy, weekend with the boys.

Hunter celebrated his 8th birthday this weekend, so there were parties with various members of Trish & Scott's families.

Trish is getting ready for her second week of out-patient therapy, and looks forward to making more progress on her road to complete independence.

Her struggle continues to be tough, as she still is suffering from a significant amount of pain in her lower extremities. This is very frustrating and does hamper her work on her recovery. The doctors continue to work on this problem.

Trish, Scott and the boys are enjoying the generous support of many in providing their meals. This has helped greatly as Trish transitions back to a more normal life. Thank you all very much.

How wonderful to see you and Scott together in your home! Your smile says so much about how happy you are to be home with Scott, Hunter and Parker. How great to share Hunter's birthday together!! I continue to pray for your recovery and progress to independence. You are awesome and your hard work and determination will help with your recovery. Your friends and family at Brisas are all here for you!!

Hi Trish,
Looking great!
Say Happy Birthday to Hunter! 8 already? Yes, I guess that's right, but it doesn't seem possible. Keep up the good work!

Hi Trish; I'm so glad to see that you are in your own home at last. Your Dad has been keeping us informed about your progress.

We wish we could contribute some of the delicious fish Gary just caught.

We are not religious people but in our own way we will send positive thoughts to you.

Keep strong and show those dimples as much as you can.

Sincerely,
Barbara & Gary Bertrand (Donna's brother and sister-in-law in Mo.)
